Michelle Schiefer has been a dedicated member of Living Water Community Church for several years and has served as the Secretary of the Governing Board since the church became accredited. After retiring from a distinguished career as an administrator in the New York Public School System, where she served for over 20 years, Michelle is blessed to continue using her administrative skills to benefit her church family and the wider community.
Married to her husband, George Schiefer, for over 40 years, the couple is deeply involved in church activities. Together, they serve on the Deacon/Deaconess Board and actively participate in the outreach ministry W.A.L.K., where Michelle also holds the position of secretary. Her commitment extends to the Children’s Ministries and coordinating the annual Operation Christmas Child initiative each fall, ensuring that children in need receive gifts and experience the joy of the holiday season.
Michelle's journey of faith began in childhood, inspired by her beloved grandmother who instilled in her a profound love for God’s word. This early foundation has guided her throughout her life, shaping her deep desire to serve and embody the hands and feet of God. Michelle trusts in the Lord to direct her path, and her service is a testament to her unwavering faith and dedication to living out God's calling.
